Access Administration Analyst

Join to apply for the Access Administration Analyst role at RecruIT Access Administration Analyst will manage and support access control and identity management for various applications and platforms. This role involves administering user access, ensuring compliance with security policies, and automating access control processes to keep the environment secure. The IT Access Analyst will collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper access rights for users, streamline access requests, and assist with compliance.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provisioning and de-provisioning user access in Active Directory.Managing Exchange distribution lists, mailboxes, conference rooms, and calendars.Managing changes to NTFS folder structures across the organization.Enforcing and monitoring AD password policies (complexity, expiration, reset procedures).Identifying security improvements in applications and file systems within the IT department.Generating reports on user access, permissions, and group memberships for audits and compliance.Reviewing and monitoring logging systems.Documenting policies, processes, standards, and guidelines.Resolving access issues with solid troubleshooting skills.The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:Experience in a dedicated information security role is required.Experience with network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls), server hardware, and/or Windows OS is required.Expertise with Active Directory user management, group policies, and security configurations.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint security and access management is recommended.Understanding of NTFS and ACLs.Familiarity with Sailpoint identity governance solutions, especially for user provisioning.Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and O365 integration is recommended.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.Membership in security associations (ISSA, ISACA, ISC2, etc.) is recommended.High School diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.3+ years of experience in IT security is preferred.Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CAMS, CIAM, or CIGE are preferred.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Recru by 2x.Note: The job posting appears to be active, no indication of expiration.J-18808-Ljbffr
