This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing commercial equipment while maintaining high quality standards and meeting service turnaround times.Veterans with mechanical maintenance experience are strongly encouraged to apply.Veteran Backgrounds That Translate WellVeterans with mechanical maintenance experience often transition well into this role, including:Army – 91B / 91D / 91H / 91XMarine Corps – 352X Motor Transport MaintenanceNavy – MM / EN / EMAir Force – Vehicle or Aircraft MaintenanceWhat You'll Do• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, gasoline, and diesel systems• Perform high-quality repairs and troubleshooting on commercial equipment• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics• Prepare parts and labor estimates and document repair work• Grind blades, reels, and cutting systems to specification• Perform welding and equipment assembly as needed• Prepare demo, rental, and customer equipment for serviceWhat We're Looking For• 5+ years of mechanical repair or technician experience• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability• Experience working with hydraulics, electrical systems, and small diesel/gas engines• Ability to read schematics and service manuals• Must provide own standard and metric tools (specialty tools provided)• Strong communication and teamwork skills
