Why Youll Love This OpportunityJoin a collaborative and supportive team environment Work closely with leadership as a valued Billing SpecialistGrow your skills in billing, data accuracy, and customer communication Be part of a fast?paced organization where your work directly impacts the customer experience Key Responsibilities of the Billing SpecialistAs a Billing Specialist, you will: Add new customer records as they launch and ensure complete, accurate setups Update billing records with changes to contact information, subscription details, and products Research and respond to customer billing inquiries with professionalism and accuracy Process credit and debit adjustments as needed Ensure accurate monthly billing by reviewing upload reports Review invoices prior to mailing and create manual invoices when necessary Update reseller and referral partner monthly reporting Escalate non?billing customer issues to the appropriate department promptly Work closely with the Billing Manager to support smooth and positive customer experiences Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the billing function Preferred Qualifications of the Billing Specialist13 years of experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar billing or accounts receivable role Strong customer service mindset and communication skills High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work in a fast?paced, deadline?driven environment Proficiency with billing systems, CRM platforms, or financial tools Comfort learning new technology and working across multiple systems Target Compensation: $21-$25/hrINMAR2026
