The organization is committed to investing in its team through strong benefits, a collaborative culture, and ongoing opportunities for professional development.Daily ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and support for injection molding operations, driving improvements in scrap reduction, cycle times, and setup efficiencyEstablish and maintain robust process windows using scientific molding techniques and DOE methodologiesConduct process validation, capability analysis, and root cause investigations to improve product quality and process stabilityOptimize manufacturing workflows, equipment layout, and space utilization for maximum efficiencyLead and coordinate cGMP-compliant manufacturing improvements and technical activitiesDevelop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, setup procedures, and technical specificationsDesign and specify new manufacturing equipment and processesIdentify equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement, product design, and process enhancementsSupport the development of PFMEA, control plans, and corrective/preventive action plansPartner with production and engineering teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing methodsCommunicate with customers regarding product specifications, design changes, and technical solutionsApply statistical analysis to forecast and improve manufacturing performanceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering8+ years of hands-on experience in injection molding manufacturing environmentsStrong expertise in troubleshooting molding processes and resolving production defectsIn-depth knowledge of injection molding presses (hydraulic and electric), molds, and auxiliary equipment (dryers, blenders, loaders, hot runners, sprue pickers)Experience developing and improving manufacturing processes within budget and timeline constraintsFamiliarity with common thermoplastics such as Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, ABS, and NylonStrong understanding of process optimization, validation, and continuous improvement methodologiesPreferred QualificationsRJG Master Molder Certification or equivalentExperience with EOAT (End of Arm Tooling) and six-axis robot programmingBackground in advanced automation and integrated manufacturing systemsApply Now!This is a high-impact opportunity to take the lead in advanced injection molding engineering, where your expertise will directly shape production performance, quality, and innovation.Click Apply Now to connect with our recruiting team and take the next step in advancing your engineering career.The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
