Senior Salesforce Developer

Trigyn's direct government client has a long-term contract opportunity for a Senior Salesforce Developer in Baltimore, MD. (HYBRID Position) Description: The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting customized Salesforce applications and related workflows on the Service Cloud (and Experience Cloud) platform. This role is a member of the technical team and will work closely with the Salesforce Portfolio Manager, Administrator(s), Developers, agencies throughout the client and related third-party vendors. Partnering with the team, the Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for understanding the existing platform configuration and design, troubleshooting application errors, identifying and analyzing business requirements, recommending solutions, and implementing customer workflows. At a high level, this position supports the client's 311 system in handling resident service requests.
