We deliver mission-focused solutions in data, cloud, cybersecurity, and program management.Responsibilities • Understand all technical aspects of the ServiceNow implementation including process and solution integration, workflow design and configuration, integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) and reporting• Provide support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes and performing root cause analysis• Perform basic no- to low- code configuration of ServiceNow such as catalog items, workflows, form views, choice lists, dashboards, portal, etc.Required Qualifications• At least two years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and a development method• -At least three years of experience with Web development, including Web Services, X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular• At least three years of experience in one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion integrations in ServiceNow• Demonstrated ability delivering core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow APIs and integration• Demonstrated experience developing solutions consistent with architectural standards and ServiceNow best practices• Demonstrated ability planning and executing platform upgrades and application releases through Production and Preproduction environments• Experience with Agile development methodologies and the ITIL framework• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT discipline• Additional four years of related professional experience can be substituted for a BS/BA degreePreferred Certifications: • ServiceNow Certified Applications Developer (CAD)• ServiceNow CIS IT Service Management or other similar ServiceNow certification
