Job Duties Geisinger Heart & Vascular Institute spans a 31‑county service area and has 69 Cardiologists, 12 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 12 Vascular Surgeons, as well as 82 Advanced Practitioners. The multidisciplinary team provides care in a complement of 5 acute care tertiary/quaternary hospitals, 4 community hospitals, and numerous outreach locations, performing over 10,000 cardiac procedures annually.
