Office of Sponsored Programs - Workstudy

The Work Study for Office of Sponsored Programs supports the day-to-day administrative operations of the office by assisting with the processing and tracking of internal award applications. This position helps maintain accurate records, organize the department email inbox, and update spreadsheets and documentation. The student also supports communication with faculty and staff regarding deadlines and requirements and provides general administrative assistance as needed.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with the processing and tracking of Internal Grant Award applications.Assist with organizing the OSPR department email inbox.Maintain organized records and spreadsheets.Supporting communication with faculty and staff regarding deadlines and requirements.Assist with award documentation.Provide general administrative support to the Office of Sponsored Programs as needed.Strictly adheres to Liberty University policies, representing the University in an exemplary manner.Works effectively as a team member, embracing and fostering LU's Christian model and Mission - Training Champions for Christ.Additional information may be found here.
