Administrative Assistant for University Compliance

As a team member of the Office of Ethics and Compliance, the Administrative Assistant II will provide general office support by answering the office phone lines, handling walk-in and appointment traffic, and general office maintenance tasks.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesGreet guests, answer phone calls and redirect them when necessaryProvides administrative support to Executive Director of Equal Rights/Title IX, scheduling appointments and meetings. May handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.Maintains discretion handling highly confidential and critical information related to department meetings, strategic planning, etc.Copying and scanning documentsDocument delivery, pick up and organizationManage/distribute incoming mail and deliveriesMaintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of suppliesReconcile P-card statements, prepare expense reportsMonitor/manage breakroom supplies.
