'Key Responsibilities1. Administration & Operations• Administer and maintain ENOVIA configurations, including:◦ Object schemas (Items, Documents, Requirements, Change objects)◦ Workflows, lifecycles, and access controls• Manage user roles, permissions, and security in alignment with governance standards• Monitor system performance, job execution, and data integrity• Support release management, patches, and environment coordination (DEV / TEST / PROD) 2. Configuration & Deployment Support• Configure and enhance ENOVIA modules aligned with business requirements• Support deployment activities in collaboration with Digital/PLM team and system integrators• Participate in implementation cycles including:◦ Configuration validation◦ Data setup◦ Go-live readiness 3. Data Governance & Lifecycle Management• Ensure data standards, taxonomy, and hierarchy are enforced (e.g., requirement breakdown, BOM structures)• Maintain data integrity across:◦ Requirements◦ Engineering items◦ Change objects• Support traceability and linkage across the PLM digital thread4. Change Management & Process Enablement• Support Engineering Change processes (ECR/ECO/ECN)• Ensure workflows reflect approved governance and business processes• Work with business stakeholders to refine and implement process improvements• Maintain alignment with enterprise PLM standards and governance 5. User Support & Training• Provide day-to-day support to ENOVIA users (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.)• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with IT/partners• Develop training materials, job aids, and conduct training sessions6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement• Act as a liaison between:◦ Engineering (Central Eng)◦ Digital / IT (PLM team)◦ External partners (e.g., system integrators)• Support cross-functional initiatives involving product data, requirements, and change processes 7. Continuous Improvement & Roadmap Support• Identify opportunities to improve system usability, automation, and performance• Support backlog grooming and enhancement prioritization with Product Owners• Participate in roadmap execution for PLM capabilities Required QualificationsTechnical Skills• Hands-on experience with:◦ ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE platform (preferred)◦ PLM systems (Agile PLM, Windchill, Teamcenter acceptable as alternatives)• Strong understanding of:◦ BOM structures◦ Engineering Change processes◦ Product lifecycle management• Experience with:◦ Configuration (roles, workflows, objects)◦ Data migration, validation, or integration concepts Functional Experience• Experience working in engineering or manufacturing-driven environments• Understanding of NPI / product development processes• Exposure to requirements management and traceability (nice-to-have) Soft Skills• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset• Ability to translate business processes into system configurations• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders• Experience working in cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications• Experience with ENOVIA implementation or migration projects• Knowledge of Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE architecture• Exposure to:◦ Requirements Management◦ Digital thread / digital twin concepts• Familiarity with Agile / SAFe delivery models Success Metrics (How performance will be measured)• System uptime and operational stability• User adoption and satisfaction• Data quality and governance compliance• Cycle time improvements for change processes• Reduction in manual work / process inefficiencies Role Positioning (Important for your governance clarity)Implementation Phase• Configuration support• Data setup & validation• UAT & go-live executionSteady-State Phase• System admin & support• Governance enforcement• Continuous improvement Qualification:BE/B Tech.Paid Leave, Health Insurance, Group life insurance, Disability, 401(K)The expected salary range for this position is between $63,000 to $1,20,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
