Role descriptionJob Summary Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Monitoring amp Observability to design implement and manage comprehensive monitoring solutions within the CISSRE domain. Job Description Lead the design and deployment of end-to-end monitoring and observability solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability of enterprise applications and infrastructure.Utilize advanced monitoring tools and techniques to collect analyse and interpret telemetry data including metrics logs and traces.Collaborate with cross functional teams including DevOps SRE and infrastructure to embed observability best practices Implement proactive monitoring strategies to detect anomalies reduce noise and improve incident response times.Ensure monitoring solutions comply with organizational security and regulatory standards.Drive automation of monitoring configurations and integrations using APIs scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools.Continuously improve observability frameworks to support evolving technology stacks and business needs. Roles and Responsibilities Design implement and manage monitoring and observability platforms focusing on application performance infrastructure health and user experience.Configure and maintain monitoring tools to support APM infrastructure monitoring real user monitoring synthetic monitoring and log analytics.Develop dashboards s and reports to provide actionable insights and support incident management.Perform root cause analysis for performance availability and capacity issues using telemetry data Integrate monitoring solutions with CICD pipelines ITSM tools and incident management workflows.Automate monitoring setup and maintenance tasks using scripting languages and automation frameworks such as Terraform and Ansible Participate in on call rotations and support production incident response and resolution.Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to onboard new services and enhance observability coverage.Document monitoring processes configurations and best practices to enable knowledge sharing and team enablement.Other detailsBenefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”):Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionShort Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage401(k) Plan with Company matchLife InsuranceVacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysPaid Paternity and Maternity LeaveThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
