About The N BrandThe N Brand Agency and Just N Life are divisions of Nekia Nichelle, LLC — a media and marketing company operating at the intersection of broadcast, digital, and brand partnerships.Through our publication, broadcast presence, and agency arm, we collaborate with brands on campaigns that extend across television, editorial, digital media, and experiential placements.As the company continues to expand, we are building a revenue-focused partnerships team responsible for driving new business and long-term brand relationships.The OpportunityThe N Brand is seeking Junior Agents who are looking to develop foundational skills in outbound marketing, client targeting, and campaign execution.This role is designed for individuals who want to learn how modern outreach systems are built and operated—working directly alongside senior agents within a defined pillar (Beauty, Wellness, Fashion, etc.).Junior Agents will play an active role in building and launching outbound campaigns, contributing directly to pipeline development and revenue generation.This is not a passive learning role. You will be expected to execute, contribute, and grow within a performance-driven environment.What You'll Be Learning & DoingYou will gain hands-on experience in:Email marketing strategy and executionTargeting and identifying qualified prospectsCampaign setup and outbound systemsMessaging structure and personalizationCRM and outreach platform workflowsYou will work directly with a Senior Agent and be responsible for executing key components of their outbound strategy.Core ResponsibilitiesOutbound List Building & Campaign ExecutionWorking under the direction of your assigned Agent:ICP development and pillar directionBuild targeted prospect lists using company tools (Hunter.io, Clay, and other data platforms)Export and prepare lists for campaign useStructure outbound campaign copy sequencesRefine messaging by removing/editing brackets appropriatelyUnderstand the difference between autofill variables and manual personalizationAsk for clarification when neededLaunch approved campaignsContinue building and uploading lists to support ongoing outreach effortsTeam IntegrationWork directly within a specific pillar alongside an assigned AgentCollaborate on targeting, messaging, and campaign directionContribute to overall outreach performance and pipeline growthParticipate in weekly Monday & Thursday team check-ins and training sessionsIdeal Candidate ProfileThis role is best suited for someone who:Is interested in Pr, marketing, sales, or business developmentWants to learn how outbound systems actually drive revenueIs detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and processesCommunicates clearly and asks questions when neededIs proactive and takes ownership of assigned responsibilitiesThrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environmentNo prior pr or sales experience is required—but initiative and accountability are.Growth PathThis role is designed as a direct pathway into a full Agent (Sales & Partnerships) position.Those who demonstrate consistency, execution, and understanding of the systems will have the opportunity to transition into revenue-generating roles with commission-based earning potential.ExpectationsComplete assigned list-building and campaign tasks on timeMaintain accuracy and organization across campaignsCommunicate progress and blockers clearlyActively participate in learning and developmentExecute with attention to detail and consistencyHow To ApplyPlease submit:ResumeA brief note on why you're interested in learning outbound marketing and client targetingAny relevant experience (school, projects, internships, or work)
