The Venue Leader will manage day-to-day operations of a brand new location, leading a team of up to 10 to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold brand standards, and drive venue performance across service, cleanliness, staffing, and P&L. Paid for six week immersion program abroad to learn about the company and what they do What the Role InvolvesLeading by example and driving exceptional customer service every shift. Maintaining venue cleanliness standards and keeping everything running efficiently. Day-to-day inventory management and stock control. Ensuring health & safety standards are met and a safe work environment is maintained. Hiring, training, developing, and motivating the team. Managing KPIs including labour and COGs. Overseeing venue P&L management. Who They're Looking ForSomeone with leadership experience in retail or hospitality - QSR experience is mandatory.
