This is a highly visible role combining client leadership, practice building, and thought leadership.You will work hands‑on with executive stakeholders at top U.S. banks, global payment providers, and leading wealth management firms, helping them achieve their digital, data, and transformation objectives. Leveraging NTT DATA’s global footprint, this role offers the opportunity to drive impact across industries—and potentially across geographies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and scale the Risk & Compliance Consulting practiceOversee delivery of the largest, most complex, and high‑impact client engagementsPartner with executive leadership to define enterprise strategy and business objectivesShape the long‑term strategic direction of the practice while driving near‑term executionServe as a trusted advisor to C‑suite and senior executivesProvide deep subject‑matter expertise across risk, compliance, financial crime, and fraudDeliver thought leadership and develop innovative, market‑leading consulting offeringsAdvise clients on business strategy, technology strategy, and investment prioritizationBuild and sustain long‑term executive relationships at targeted client organizationsContribute to solution development, go‑to‑market strategy, and firmwide decision‑makingQualifications15+ years of progressive experience in Risk & Compliance, including:Business development and revenue growthExecutive client relationship managementTalent development and practice leadership8+ years in a Management Consulting environment (Big 4 preferred) with strong delivery and client engagement ownership5+ years of credit experience in one or more of the following:Institutional, Corporate, or Commercial credit across product linesCommercial, Corporate, or Markets loan workouts across major credit cyclesRisk appetite, governance, and limits managementFraud, waste, and abuseData and customer privacyPersonal credit signing authorityEnterprise Risk Management experience, including:Designing and executing enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory remediation programsRisk identification across operational, reputational, financial crime, and compliance domainsFinancial crimes, fraud risk, resilience, and controls5+ years of risk experience within one or more of the following sectors:Banking & Financial ServicesLife SciencesHealthcareManufacturingCommercial and/or Consumer industriesBachelor’s degree in business or a related fieldPreferred QualificationsExperience leading global, cross‑functional, and matrixed teamsProduct design, configuration, or platform enablement experienceAdvanced degree (MBA, MS, or JD) preferred but not requiredWhy Join Us?Opportunity to build and lead a high-impact consulting practice. The starting pay range for this remote role is $216,405 – 480,900. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
