They have consistently been recognized as a top employer and offer a strong, established platform with major clients like New Balance and the Celtics. They are seeking an experienced sales professional who can step into a hybrid hunting and account management role, providing a clear path to promotion into a Sales Manager. Job Description: The Outside Sales Executive will be tasked with the following activities: Generate new business and expand the existing book of business by calling on prospective customers and actively managing the assigned territory, which includes follow-up on marketing promotions and reclaiming inactive accounts.Execute the full sales cycle, which involves making initial sales contacts, providing consultation on products and services, receiving and processing all customer inquiries, quotations, and ordersMaintain all data in CRM to track KPIs and sales meetings, and interface with internal departments to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Requirements:3-5+ years of B2B Outside sales experience.Ability to develop excellent relationships with prospects.Must have a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.Location: This is a hybrid-based work environment. Candidates will report to a Dover, NH Area office on Tuesday's and spend the remainder of the week in the field on client visits and cold-calls in the Greater Seacoast New Hampshire, Southern Maine and North Shore, MA areas.Base Salary: $40,000 - $45,000Total Comp: $80,000 - $90,000 year one; $100,000 - $120,000 year two
