Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Houston area. The selected candidate will execute day-to-day responsibilities that may include developing and implementing educational strategies, supporting curriculum initiatives, assessing student performance, and coordinating with staff to ensure academic and operational success. This role requires collaboration with diverse teams to foster an inclusive and enriching learning environment that aligns with HISD’s mission and values. Qualifications Expertise in educational strategy development and curriculum implementationStrong leadership, organizational, and team coordination skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with students, staff, and the communityProficiency in data analysis and evaluation for academic performance improvementCommitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment and addressing diverse student needsBachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced degree is a plusExperience in an educational or similar professional setting is highly desirableKnowledge of state and federal educational standards and regulations is an advantage
