This role requires a detail-oriented finance professional who can manageday-to-day accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory compliancewhile supporting budgeting, financial planning, and audit processes.The role will work closely with theSenior Controller, CFO, and cross-functional teamsto ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting while contributing to process improvements and financial insights.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & AccountingSupport preparation ofmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements .Maintain integrity of theGeneral Ledger, chart of accounts, and accounting records .Assist withmonth-end and year-end closing processesincluding reconciliations and journal entries.Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in compliance withUS GAAP .Compliance & Regulatory ReportingSupporttax compliance activitiesincluding sales tax, payroll taxes, and corporate tax documentation.Assist with regulatory filings and ensure adherence toUS financial reporting standards and compliance requirements .Maintain documentation and schedules required foraudits and regulatory reviews .Audit & Internal ControlsSupportinternal and external audit processesby preparing schedules and documentation.Assist in implementing and monitoringinternal financial controls and accounting policies .Help identify process gaps and support improvements in financial governance.Budgeting, Forecasting & AnalysisAssist in preparingannual budgets and financial forecasts .Supportvariance analysisand performance tracking against budgets.Provide financial data and insights to support operational decision-making.Financial OperationsOverseeaccounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes .Monitor working capital metrics and assist in improvingcash flow management .Ensure accurate reconciliations for bank accounts, receivables, and payables.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely withoperations, HR, and leadership teamsto support financial reporting needs.Assist withERP/system improvements and finance process automation initiatives .Provide financial support forbusiness initiatives and operational projects .Qualifications & ExperienceEducationBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field – MandatoryCPA / CMA – PreferredExperience6–10 years of experiencein accounting, finance, or controllership roles.Experience managinggeneral ledger, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support .Familiarity withUS GAAP accounting standards .Experience working withERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) .Key CompetenciesStrongattention to detail and financial accuracyGoodanalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to managemultiple priorities and deadlinesStrongcommunication and collaboration skillsHigh level ofintegrity and accountabilityIdeal Candidate ProfileHands-onfinance professional with strong accounting fundamentalsComfortable working infast-growing, dynamic organizationsStrongexecution capability with attention to compliance and reportingInterested in growing intosenior finance or controllership leadership roles
