We are proudly ranked as an industry leader in quality and service delivery.Job Summary The Junior Software Engineer supports the development and maintenance of software applications by writing clean, maintainable code and assisting with system enhancements. In this role, the engineer collaborates closely with senior team members to implement features, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure overall system reliability. The position also provides support for cloud‐based operations, helping monitor performance, resolve incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow their technical skills, and contribute to a collaborative engineering environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop & maintain applications using .NET Framework and related technologiesWrite clean, maintainable code following established coding standards and best practicesParticipate in code reviews and contribute to improving code qualityCollaborate with senior engineers to design and implement new featuresDebug and troubleshoot application issues across development and production environmentsWork with databases to design queries, optimize performance and ensure data integritySupport cloud‐based applications and services on AWS or Azure platformsParticipate in agile development processes including daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectivesDocument technical specifications and maintain system documentationAssist in testing efforts including unit testing and integration testingPerforms related responsibilities as required or assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience1+ year of professional software development experienceWorking knowledge of .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET, or .NET Core)Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL)Strong problem‐solving skill with attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with Entity Framework or other ORM toolsFamiliarity with cloud services such as AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, or Azure equivalentsKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesExperience with containerization technologies (Docker)Understanding of agile/scrum methodologiesExposure to healthcare applications of HIPAA compliance requirementsExperience with modern development tools and AI‐assisted coding tools (GitHub, CoPilot)Knowledge of web application security best practicesTechnical Environment.NET Framework and .NET Core applicationsCloud platforms (AWS/Azure)SQL Server and other relational databasesSpecial RequirementsMust be available for 24/7 on‐call responsibilities, including weekends and holidays.Must be proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Ability to lift 50 pounds.Selected candidates will be required to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
