The ideal candidate will be reliable and detail-oriented and their key responsibilities will be to support daily office operations and serve as a key point of contact for clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, and providing professional, bilingual support in a fast-paced office environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, route calls appropriately, and take accurate messagesCommunicate clearly and courteously with Spanish- and English-speaking clientsReceive, open, and distribute incoming mail and packagesScan, upload, and electronically file documents with accuracy and attention to detailLearn and navigate agency management systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date recordsAssist with basic data entry and administrative support tasksMaintain organized digital and physical filing systemsSupport team members with clerical and office-related requests as neededEnsure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client informationQualifications & SkillsPreferred: Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experienceMicrosoft OfficeStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProfessional phone presence and customer-service mindsetAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyDependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
