Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated LMFT, ASW to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in a clinical setting. Duties - Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans - Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients - Utilize medical terminology and ICD-9 coding as needed - Offer individual and group counseling sessions - Implement Applied Behavior Analysis techniques where applicable - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care Requirements - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Associate Social Worker (ASW) - Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and creating treatment plans - Experience in individual and group counseling - Knowledge of psychotherapy techniques and interventions - Familiarity with medical terminology and ICD-9 coding - Ability to work in a hospital or clinical setting - Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient communication - Previous experience in social work is beneficial Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
