We use only Evidence-Based Treatments/Practices (EBPs) for each mental health condition as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Social Skills Training (SST), Social Thinking (ST), Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBITS), Cognitive Enhancement Therapy (CET). We use directive, skill development based interventions with parent-training and family involvement through an outpatient clinic setting.The Practice operates under the direction of Dr. Baker-Ericzén, a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of psychological testing, intervention and research experience. She currently provides clinical services along with being the Principal Investigator on numerous grants from the National Institute of Mental Health and healthcare foundations. She is the developer of a cognitive enhancement therapy program for executive functioning disorders, “Command and Control Cognitive Training” and the Supported Employment, Comprehensive Cognitive Enhancement Social Skills (SUCCESS) program.Interested persons should respond to this post with a cover letter, resume and references sent to: intricatemindinstitute@gmail.com. Role DescriptionTherapists carry their own caseloads and work between 1-5 days a week creating their own hours (minimum of 5 clients on caseload per week). Practice operates on a fee split model with therapists operating as independent contractors. Individual and group consultation meetings offered regularly. Therapy intervention training available. All therapeutic materials (toys, books, games etc), forms and procedures provided.Job Requirements *Diagnostic interviews and therapy responsibilities *Complete documentation and utilize electronic case management system *Provide for safety and confidentiality of clients and staff*Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 5 clients weekly*Submit applications to and maintain status as in-network provider on various insurance plans *Positive representation of our organizationQualifications*Master's degree or doctorate from an accredited University *State of California Licensed in given field *Minimum of 2 years experience in conducting therapy sessions with children, teens, young adults *Training in at least 1 evidence-based practice* Willingness to learn EBPs * Knowledge of ethical and professional standards* Ability and willingness to function as active and cooperative member of a professional team
