The Volleyball Coach will be responsible for developing training programs, mentoring student-athletes, organizing practices, and overseeing team performance during games. Additional responsibilities include ensuring proper sportsmanship, promoting teamwork, fostering a positive environment, and maintaining adherence to school policies while supporting the athletic and personal growth of student-athletes.QualificationsStrong skills and experience in Volleyball and Coaching to develop and lead training sessions and foster athletic performance.Effective Communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes while maintaining professionalism.Demonstrated ability to train and educate players in both technical skills and sportsmanship.A background in education or similar roles is a plus.Knowledge of organizing players play time and game strategies is highly beneficial.First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain it is advantageous.
