Their dedicated team of coaches fosters a supportive and growth-oriented atmosphere. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in Dover, FL, for a Wide Receivers Coach. Responsibilities include planning and leading training sessions, teaching wide receiver skills and techniques, analyzing player performance, and developing game strategies. The coach will mentor athletes to improve their on-field performance while instilling discipline, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other coaching staff, preparing game plans, and ensuring players adhere to ethical conduct. Qualifications Wide receiver-specific coaching skills, including route running, catching techniques, and position-specific drillsExperience in game strategy planning, knowledge of playbooks, and tactical football acumenStrong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills to inspire and guide athletesAbility to provide constructive feedback and analyze player performanceOrganizational skills to manage practice plans, game preparations, and team schedulesFirst aid and CPR certification is a plusProven experience coaching football at the high school, collegiate, or equivalent levelA passion for helping athletes develop both on and off the field
