LocationAustin, TXPay$24.00 – $28.00 per hourScheduleFull-time (assigned to one consistent shift)JOB OVERVIEW:We are hiring Automotive Technicians to support maintenance, repair, and readiness of autonomous electric vehicles. This role focuses on keeping vehicles operational through inspections, diagnostics, and light repairs in a fast-paced fleet environment.RESPONSIBILITIESAssess and document vehicle damage after incidentsPerform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs with vendorsConduct routine maintenance (brakes, fluids, AC, tires, inspections)Monitor vehicle condition and report issues proactivelySupport field operations, including towing and vehicle movementTransport vehicles for service, repairs, and cleaningMaintain shop and fleet readiness, cleanliness, and safety standardsREQUIREMENTSPrior experience as an automotive technician or similar roleStrong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnosticsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and a safety mindsetExperience with EV or ADAS vehicles preferredFULL SHIFT SCHEDULE (ASSIGNED ONE):Friday – Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PMDays Off: Wednesday & ThursdayMonday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PMDays Off: Saturday & SundaySaturday – Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PMDays Off: Thursday & FridaySunday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PMDays Off: Friday & Saturday
