Tractor Training & Development Administrator Sr - Maintenance Schneider is seeking a Tractor Senior Maintenance Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training courses to the organization's maintenance associates. The Senior Maintenance Training Specialist will use different methods to teach technicians and manage the formal training plans Schneider uses. Responsibilities include developing a technical training curriculum that includes learning activities, reference materials and digital content. Collaborate with the maintenance and safety teams to update training materials. Instruct maintenance technicians on how to use diagnostic software systems and equipment. Create videos and self-paced modules for technicians to watch and complete. Research and recommend new training methods. Serve as an ongoing resource for technicians when they need assistance. Work with original equipment manufacturers to develop training solutions that meet Schneider's needs. Occasionally complete mechanical work in the shop. Skills and qualifications include a technical school degree or certificate in diesel engines, electronics or a related field. A minimum of 6 years of diesel shop experience. Experience working in a leadership or training capacity. ASE Master Truck Certification preferred. Exceptional technical skills and knowledge. Master of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques related to diesel equipment repairs. Excellent presentation skills. Able to provide own tooling.
