Remote Team Lead
A company is looking for a Team Lead (TL) - Part-Time.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor real-time production and service levels, escalating risks as needed
Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching for Patient Access Representatives
Handle escalations from patients or clients and document outcomes
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Prior call center or customer service experience required; healthcare experience preferred
Previous Team Lead, Supervisor, or equivalent leadership experience preferred
2 years of remote work experience
2 years of supervisory or equivalent experience in a call center environment
