Strategic Leader, Recruitment and Executive Search - Electrical & Mechanical Contracting Senior Project Manager - Electrical & Civil Construction Location New York Metro Area The Role You will take full ownership of large-scale projects, overseeing planning, execution, financial performance, and team leadership while acting as the primary client-facing lead. Key Responsibilities Lead the full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and closeout Manage project teams, field operations, subcontractors, and suppliers Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress tracking, and reporting Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders Drive cost control, risk management, and margin performance Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Support procurement and contract administration activities Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline 10+ years' experience managing electrical and/or heavy civil construction projects Proven track record delivering complex, multi-million-dollar projects Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract management Preferred (but not essential) PE license Design-Build or DBIA experience Experience working on public agency projects (DOT, MTA, DEP, etc.) OSHA 30 certification What's on Offer Competitive base salary ($150,000-$200,000, dependent on experience) Comprehensive benefits package Long-term pipeline of high-profile NY metro projects Opportunity to play a key leadership role within a growing project team 📩 Interested candidates are encouraged to apply or message directly for a confidential discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
