With a strong commitment to innovation, safety, and teamwork, we are looking to expand our team with an experienced and motivated Project Manager.Position: Project Manager Location: Houston, Texas Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: Extensive travel requiredRole SummaryAs a Project Manager, you will oversee HVAC installation projects for new multifamily residential developments from start to finish. You will coordinate with developers, general contractors, engineers, and field teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage HVAC construction projects for multifamily residential buildings.Serve as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.Review blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to determine scope and deliverables.Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.Monitor progress on-site, ensuring work complies with building codes, safety standards, and client expectations.Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to avoid delays or cost overruns.Prepare project documentation, reports, and regular updates for stakeholders.Lead and mentor project staff, fostering collaboration and accountability.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred).Minimum of 3–5 years of project management experience in HVAC or construction (multifamily residential strongly preferred).Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical codes, and construction processes.
