The role also requires the formulation and approval of lending policies, and the management of the Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or a related field, with a preference for those with over ten years of experience in commercial, SBA, and consumer lending, underwriting, and credit administration.
