Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with advanced credentials such as CFA, FRM, or MBA being a plus. A minimum of 6-10 years' experience in leveraged finance, LBO credit risk, or private credit underwriting is required, along with a strong understanding of LBO modeling, sponsor dynamics, and leveraged loan markets. The role demands excellent writing and communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple transactions concurrently.
