A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work 4x10 evening shifts from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM • 36 guaranteed hours per week • 13-week assignment length • Weekend hours as required by facility • Call requirements on any day scheduled, averaging 5 or less per 8 weeks • Patient ratio 1:1 • Float requirements as needed by facility • Work with various equipment including DaVinci Robot • Use EPIC EMR system • Current RN License required (must meet Missouri licensure criteria or currently licensed in Missouri) • BLS from AHA certification required • 2 years Level 1 or 2 Trauma Experience required (teaching hospital experience considered) • Scrub and OR Circulator experience required • Level 1 trauma with multiple years of experience preferred • Must be a highly motivated self-starter • Care for patients ranging from outpatient to critical care inpatient • Scrubs provided by facility • No jeans or unprofessional attire allowed • Flu vaccination or approved exemption required November 1-April 1 • Night shift orients on day shift and must be available entire orientation week Facility: This healthcare facility earned an A grade in The Leapfrog Group's Fall 2025 Hospital Safety Grade and is recognized for its leading-edge healthcare and compassionate caregiving team.
