Job Description Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate – Greenwood, INPay: $20.50/hourSchedule: 3rd Shift | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate for our client in Greenwood, IN. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts and industrial trucks to load, unload, transport, and stack materials throughout warehouse and production areas while supporting inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and safe warehouse operations.This is a great opportunity for someone with forklift, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial environment with opportunities for long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Handling Safely operate forklifts and industrial trucks throughout warehouse and production areasLoad, unload, and transport pallets, crates, and materials between storage areas, loading docks, and transport vehiclesStack and organize inventory safely while maintaining workflow efficiencySupport warehouse and shipping operations by assisting with material movement and stagingInventory Control Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement and product locationsPick, pack, wrap, and prepare orders for shipmentAssist with inventory organization, cycle counts, and inventory accuracyVerify shipping information, labels, and inventory documentation for accuracyEquipment Maintenance Perform daily forklift inspections including fluid levels, tire pressure, battery charging/refueling, and equipment safety checksReport mechanical concerns, equipment damages, or maintenance needs promptlyMaintain equipment cleanliness and follow proper operating proceduresSafety & Compliance Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety proceduresProperly secure and balance loads during transportMaintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areasIdentify and report workplace safety concerns or hazards immediatelyWork safely around heavy equipment and warehouse traffic while maintaining situational awarenessQualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferredValid forklift certification or license preferredPrevious forklift and warehouse experience preferredExperience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic math skills and ability to review shipping documentationGood hand-eye coordination and ability to lift heavy materials throughout the shiftAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethic requiredWhy Join Us?
