Job Description Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate – Greenwood, INPay: $20.50/hourSchedule: 3rd Shift | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate for our client in Greenwood, IN. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts and industrial trucks to load, unload, transport, and stack materials throughout warehouse and production areas while supporting inventory accuracy, workflow efficiency, and safe warehouse operations.This is a great opportunity for someone with forklift, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial environment with opportunities for long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Handling Load, unload, and transport pallets, crates, and goods between storage areas, loading docks, and transport vehiclesSafely move and stack materials throughout the warehouse and production areasSupport warehouse workflow and shipping operations through safe material handling practicesInventory Control Track inventory using RF scanning equipmentFulfill picking, packing, wrapping, and shipment preparation requirementsAssist with inventory organization and inventory accuracy throughout warehouse operationsEquipment Maintenance Perform daily forklift inspections including fluid levels, tire pressure, and general equipment safety checksReport mechanical issues, damages, or safety concerns promptlyMaintain equipment cleanliness and proper operating proceduresSafety & Compliance Secure loads properly before transportFollow OSHA regulations and all company safety proceduresIdentify and report workplace hazards immediatelyMaintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areasWork safely around heavy equipment and warehouse traffic while maintaining situational awarenessQualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferredValid forklift certification or license preferredPrevious forklift and warehouse experience preferredExperience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic math skills and ability to review shipping documentationGood hand-eye coordination and ability to lift heavy materials throughout the shiftAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethic requiredWhy Join Us?
