Compensation: • The pay for this position is $31.50 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: • This position is a 5 month contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs • The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd shift) Responsibilities: • Assist in the management, maintenance, and repair of equipment in a mid-to-large volume facility • Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on systems and equipment • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to support production goals • Assess machinery for wear, damage, and defects • Complete complex daily work orders and technical support tasks • Maintain documentation for maintenance procedures, work requests, and inventory control • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines • Work primarily with conveyor systems and Power Industrial trucks Requirements: • Working knowledge of problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment preferred Education: • Required: High School Diploma If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email resume and job title to Jenise Nottage jnottage@alinestaffing.com. .
