As Director, Data Products, you will define and own TriMark’s enterprise data product roadmap, drive delivery of analytics and reporting capabilities, and serve as the primary partner to business leaders across Supply Chain, Finance, Rebates, Merchandising, and Digital Commerce. You will be accountable not just for delivering data assets, but for ensuring those assets translate into measurable business outcomes — from rebate reconciliation accuracy to inventory visibility to GMR reporting at scale.The Sr. Manager, Reporting & Analytics reports directly to this role, and you will also govern offshore analytics resources to ensure delivery quality and velocity. This is a leadership role for someone who thinks like a product owner, acts like a business partner, and delivers like an operator.Essential Functions & Responsibilities Define and own the enterprise data product vision and multi-year roadmap, aligned to TriMark’s strategic priorities and ERP modernization, supply chain, Shopify, and WMS enablement programs. Partner with senior business leaders across Supply Chain, Finance, Rebates, Operations, and Digital to translate priorities into structured, deliverable data products. Establish and operate a data product intake and prioritization model — balancing business value, platform readiness, and delivery capacity. Own delivery accountability for the Reporting & Analytics portfolio — from semantic model governance to certified dashboards and self-service analytics. Define business value metrics for data investments; track and communicate realized outcomes (rebate reconciliation rates, GMR reporting coverage, inventory visibility, demand forecasting enablement). Govern offshore analytics and reporting resources: scope, delivery cadence, quality standards, and SLA accountability. Partner with Data Engineering, MDM, and Data Architecture teams to ensure data products are built on trusted, governed foundations. Establish data product standards: documentation, metadata, certification criteria, and lifecycle management practices. Drive adoption and change management for new data products — ensure stakeholders understand, trust, and use what is built. Provide executive-level communication on portfolio status, risks, dependencies, and business value realized from data investments. Lead and develop the Reporting & Analytics team; build a high-performing function capable of scaling with the business.Competencies Strategic and execution-oriented leader — owns both roadmap and delivery accountability. Executive presence with the ability to influence business and IT stakeholders at all levels. Product management mindset: balances user needs, business value, and platform constraints with disciplined prioritization. Strong business acumen in distribution, supply chain, rebates, and commerce data domains. Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured data product requirements and delivery plans. Proven ability to build, lead, and scale data-focused teams across onshore and offshore models.Qualifications & Experience 10+ years in data and analytics, data product management, business intelligence, or related fields. Proven experience defining, delivering, and scaling enterprise data products or analytics platforms in complex, multi-division organizations. Deep understanding of BI and reporting tools (Power BI preferred), semantic models, and analytics delivery. Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes from data investments — not just dashboards, but decisions and value. Experience governing offshore and contract delivery teams to quality and SLA standards. Preferred: experience in distribution, supply chain, manufacturing, or ERP-driven enterprise environments. Preferred: experience supporting ERP migrations, WMS enablement, Shopify/eCommerce data, or rebates/pricing analytics.Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidate’s unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location.
