Demand Generation Manager
Job Description: Develop and launch integrated digital marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
Collaborate with Sales team to plan, execute, and launch targeted campaigns
Utilize platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce to manage campaigns and track performance
Oversee multi-channel campaign execution, including email, web, and paid media
Monitor performance and continuously optimize spend, channel mix, and campaign effectiveness
Leverage AI tools to enhance targeting, personalization, and campaign efficiency
Oversee the creation and distribution of multi-format content, including case studies, one-pagers, white papers, web content, emails, blogs, and sales decks
Assist Sales teams by developing case studies and supporting materials for client conversations
Ensure messaging consistency and alignment across marketing and sales assets
Evaluate, set, and manage budgets for marketing and sales-related initiatives
Manage logistics and budgets for sales initiatives, including travel, trade shows, site visits, and lead registration
Partner closely with Sales and Finance teams to align on goals, forecasting, and performance tracking
Provide marketing consultation and support to the Recruiting team as needed
Act as a key stakeholder in driving alignment across departments
Requirements: 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or demand/lead generation
Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and measurable marketing ROI
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Pardot and Salesforce
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution
Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment (preferred)
Quota-carrying sales experience (preferred)
Background in B2B and/or SaaS marketing (preferred)
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and modern marketing technology stacks (preferred)
