The organization is deeply committed to fostering meaningful impact on the well-being and development of the greater Morris County community.Role DescriptionThe Foundation Administrator is a part-time role supporting the day-to-day operations, communications, and grant management activities of the Foundation. Working closely with and reporting to the Foundation President, this individual will serve as a key organizational resource, ensuring high-level, professional execution of operational activities.This is primarily a remote position. Candidates located in or near Morris County, NJ are preferred, as some in-person meetings, site visits, and events will be required. The role demands a high degree of independence, attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.QualificationsStrong administrative and organizational skills for managing schedules, documentation, and correspondence.Exceptional communication skills, including written and verbal communication, for effective interaction with partner organizations and stakeholders.Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and video-conference platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet)Experience with CRM or database platformsGrant management and nonprofit sector experience are preferred.Ability to work independently and balance remote and in-office responsibilities.Nonprofit sector experience are preferred.
