This is the frontline voice of Moxie. When customers call, email, or text us, you represent our professionalism, clarity, and commitment to doing things the right way.This isn't just an "answer the phone" job. It's a high impact role for someone who believes fast, friendly, expert service builds trust and loyalty.This is a full-time, in-person position reporting to the Contact Center Manager. You understand that great service is about clarity, efficiency, and professionalism, not just being nice.You're:Friendly & Professional — You build rapport while keeping conversations efficientDetail-Oriented & Accurate — You process payments and document accounts with minimal errorsSolution-Focused — You look for ways to resolve issues, not escalate themStructured & Accountable — You thrive in a system with clear expectations and metricsProactive — You educate customers about additional services and initiate warm handoffs when appropriateWhat a Typical Day Looks LikeAnswer inbound calls from current customers Schedule pest control appointments in our CRM Process payments and resolve billing questions Respond to customer emails and text messages Make outbound calls to confirm appointments or collect outstanding balances Accurately document all interactions Inform customers of additional service offerings (termite, mosquito, weed, gopher, etc.) Participate in team huddles, coaching, and trainingEnd the day knowing you delivered service that reflects Moxie's standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound customer calls regarding scheduling, billing, and account questionsProcess payments and assist with past-due balancesSchedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointmentsMaintain accurate CRM documentationSupport customer retention through clear, solution-focused communicationGenerate 1–2+ tag-on service opportunities or referrals per monthMaintain administrative accuracy and low error ratesUphold Moxie's professionalism and service standards in every interactionThis Role Is NOT for EveryoneIf you prefer unstructured environments, this won't be a fit.
