Quality Engineer IOS

Job TitleEither iOS or Android experience required. Some automation work, so either experience with XCTest or Espresso automation frameworks preferred.Qualifications• 3+ years of experience working on large scale native application• Strong analytical problem-solving skills• Experience with modern tooling• Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work under pressure• Understanding of the entire app development process (design, development and deployment)• Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times• Business-minded approach to time, costs, and deadlinesKey Responsibilities• Write and execute manual test plans for native iOS and Android apps• Help maintain test data utilities• Assist with automated testing as needed• Assist with release process coordination• Author and manage test scenarios using TestRail and similar tools• Coordinate with end to end testing team to represent our domain and ensure coverage• Monitor performance, watch for traffic drops related to app usability problems & rectify the issues• Be the voice of the customer – advocate for and plan future upgrades with the development team• Stay up to date on emerging technologies and methodologies related to testing, including automation
