CNC MachinistThe Machinist I supports daily production by operating CNC machinery, performing proven setups, troubleshooting basic production issues, and ensuring parts meet quality standards. This role works closely with supervisors and manufacturing engineering to maintain productivity, safety, and quality within the machining cell.Operate CNC machines in accordance with work instructions, SOPs, and safety standardsPerform tool offsets; preset tools; calibrate probes and tool settersInspect parts using precision measuring instrumentsTroubleshoot common machine alarms and production issuesMaintain cleanliness and organization of work area (5S/6S)Assist with setups, process flow, and meeting production goalsSupport training of operators and continuous improvement initiativesHigh school diploma or GED required24 years of manufacturing or CNC experience preferredTechnical degree or CNC apprenticeship a plusAbility to read blueprints and understand GD&TWorking knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and inspection methodsStrong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skillsPay Range: $25.78 $33.40 per hourShift Differential: +$1.00 or +$1.50 per hour (based on assigned shift)Available Shifts:B Shift: Monday Wednesday, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM ($1.00 Differential)D Shift: Thursday Saturday, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM ($1.50 Differential)Experience the advantages of working in a family-owned company known for high-quality manufacturing standards.
