This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to maintain quality and efficiency standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other precision machining equipmentProgram CNC Machines using G-Code for variety of parts Accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsSelect and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machine parametersMonitor machine performance and adjust settings as neededInspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standardsPerform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issuesDocument production data and maintain accurate recordsFollow all safety procedures and company policiesRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED (Technical certification preferred)2+ years of CNC machining experience Strong knowledge of machining processes and materialsProficiency with measuring instruments and inspection toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience with CAD/CAM softwareKnowledge of G-code programmingExperience with multi-axis machiningSkills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detailProblem-solving abilityMechanical aptitudeTime management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong commitment to quality and safetyPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periodsLift up to 50 lbsFrequent bending, reaching, and manual dexterityExposure to shop environment (noise, coolant, metal chips)
