The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and offboarding, while maintaining full compliance with U.S. employment law. This role involves close collaboration with People Business Partners to align U.S. HR operations with global HR projects, as well as managing union relationships and obligations. The Head of People Operations will also play a key role in translating business strategy into practical HR solutions, improving HR processes, and fostering an inclusive culture in line with organizational values. Applicants for the US Head of People Operations role at the company should have a strong background in HR, with experience in multi-disciplinary HR environments and a proven track record of supporting teams through change and transformation. Experience in working with unions and with HRIS systems is highly valued. The role requires a strategic thinker who can bring global frameworks to local operations, ensuring consistency where necessary and adapting to local requirements.
