A well-established, client-focused law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to support a high-performing litigation team in its Century City office. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.About the RoleThis position supports attorneys handling complex civil litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.ScheduleInitial onboarding period requires full-time onsite presence (Monday–Friday)Hybrid schedule available after onboarding (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)ResponsibilitiesPrepare, revise, and finalize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondenceCoordinate filings and service of documents across multiple court systemsManage attorney calendars, deadlines, meetings, and travel logisticsMaintain and organize case files within internal systemsSupport trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, binders, and presentationsHandle high-volume communication and respond to routine inquiriesAssist with administrative tasks such as expense processing and vendor coordinationCollaborate with team members to ensure deadlines and priorities are metQualifications3+ years of experience supporting litigation mattersExperience with court filings in California (state and federal required; appellate exposure preferred)Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systemsExcellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervisionProfessional communication skills and discretion with sensitive informationPreferred (not required):Experience with eDiscovery or litigation support platformsParalegal certification or additional legal training
