Technical Designer( Women's RTW )

Growing fashion luxury brand is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Technical Designer to support their women's luxury Ready-to-Wear categories. Duties include:• Evaluate and spec garments for measurement accuracy, construction, and overall quality.• Prepare samples for fittings, participate in live fit sessions, take notes and photos, and communicate fit comments to vendors.• Independently execute revisions and ensure all samples are processed in a timely manner.• Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams including Production and vendors.• Support tech pack release and pre-production sample approvals as needed.• Utilize Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Illustrator for technical documentation.• Apply strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and fit stages to meet seasonal deadlines.• Contribute positively to a fast-paced team environment and adapt to evolving priorities.Qualifications:• Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical design or patternmaking for women's luxury or contemporary RTW;categories• Proficient in garment construction techniques and fabric applications.• Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.• A passion for delivering high-quality products in a creative, fast-moving environment.Salary range $65-85K (DOE )Onsite W.
