They'll collaborate cross-functionally with color scientists, texture specialists, product designers, and vendors while managing material databases and documentation.Must-HavesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAdobe Suite fluency - Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoshopAdvanced knowledge of footwear materials design (performance + lifestyle)Advanced knowledge of apparel materials design (performance + lifestyle)Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office; able to maintain material databases across platforms (Aurora, Miro, Excel)Basic experience with brief creation for new material developmentNice-to-HavesExperience at an equivalent industry leader in footwear/apparelCollaborative, team-oriented personalityStrong communication skillsStart-up or fast-fashion environment experience (think agile, less rigid structure)Education & Experience Bachelor's degree + 5 years of directly relevant experience required. Alternatives accepted: PhD/Law + 3 yrs | Master's + 4 yrs | Associate's + 6 yrs | HS Diploma + 7 yrs.Green Flag Candidate Profile Someone who has worked at a major footwear/athletic brand and a fast-fashion or lifestyle brand (Revolve, Alo, etc.) will stand out.
