We are seeking a qualified Pain Medicine Physician to join our team for a locum tenens position in Wisconsin, situated near Glidden. Position Details: Start Date: ASAPEnd Date: OngoingSchedule: Flexible; 2 weeks per month, with options for 4 to 5 days per week, typically from 8 AM to 4 PM (timing flexible).Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only Responsibilities: Conduct office visits and follow-up appointments.Perform various procedures, including:Spinal cord stimulationRadio-frequency ablationInjectionsProvide exceptional care to patients, with a typical patient load of up to 15 patients per shift. Requirements: Board Certification: RequiredLicense: Must be licensed in Wisconsin or possess an IMLC license.Emergency Certifications:ACLS: RequiredBLS: RequiredHospital Privileges: Temporary privileges are available. Hospital/surgery center privileges are required. Practice Environment: Setting: OutpatientSupport Staff: Includes 4 RNs and 2 office staff; no supervision of advanced practice providers or residents is required.Facility Certification: Stroke certified with a trauma level of 4.
