Our team values collaboration, continuous improvement, and promoting strong leaders from within.Why join us?Competitive Compensation: Up to $88,000 base salary (DOE) + discretionary bonus401(k) with Company MatchComprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, HSAGenerous PTO & Paid HolidaysTuition ReimbursementStable Growing Company: 80+ years of successLeadership Opportunity: Direct and develop a maintenance teamCareer Growth: Strong internal promotion cultureFast-Paced Manufacturing EnvironmentJob DetailsKey Responsibilities and DutiesSupervise and lead 2nd shift maintenance team in daily operationsTroubleshoot and repair plant equipment safely and efficientlySupport electrical systems including 3-phase power, drives, prints, controlsDiagnose PLC systems (Siemens / Allen Bradley), ladder logic, programming supportMaintain hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxesPerform welding, fabrication, cutting, brazing, plumbing repairsSupport boilers, compressors, HVAC, ammonia/freon refrigeration, chillersOversee building maintenance including roofing, lighting, fire/sprinkler systemsEnsure adherence to GMP, food safety, lockout/tagout, confined space safetyManage PM programs, work orders, records, parts/material trackingPrepare maintenance reports and equipment condition summariesTrain, coach, and develop techniciansCoordinate with production and department leaders to reduce downtimeResolve breakdowns quickly while driving continuous improvementQualifications Needed:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor’s Degree preferredMinimum 4+ years experience in mechanical and/or electrical tradesLeadership experience supervising maintenance teams preferredExperience in food processing, packaging, utilities, or high-speed manufacturing strongly preferredStrong troubleshooting background in PLCs, electrical, mechanical systemsKnowledge of Siemens / Allen Bradley platforms preferredExperience with boilers, refrigeration, HVAC, compressors, utilitiesAbility to lead hands-on while also handling administrative responsibilitiesStrong Microsoft Office skillsAble to communicate effectively in EnglishAble to lift up to 100 lbs and work in cold environments when neededAble to work overtime, weekends, holidays as requiredInterested in hearing more?
