With more than 2,500 employees, we continue to grow while investing in our people, facilities, and communities.Why join us?Competitive Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00/hour DOE + overtime opportunities401(k) with company matchComprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, VisionTraining & Development opportunitiesTuition ReimbursementReferral Bonus ProgramVacation / PTOStable, Growing Employer: 80+ year company with strong leadershipCollaborative Environment: Join a team-driven manufacturing culture1st Shift OpportunityJob DetailsKey Responsibilities and DutiesTroubleshoot and repair industrial production equipmentRead and interpret electrical schematics and diagramsRepair electrical systems to component levelInstall, maintain, and repair machinery to support production goalsRepair motors, heaters, coolers, refrigerators, and related systemsMove, install, and replace machinery and auxiliary equipmentDisassemble / reassemble slicing and packaging equipmentTroubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, boiler, and oven systemsPerform welding as needed / learn welding processesOperate PIT equipment safelyMaintain maintenance records, reports, and project documentationSupport training of team membersProvide innovative solutions to recurring equipment issuesSupport plant facility maintenance as assignedQualifications Section (Needed)High school diploma or equivalent preferredTechnical school / maintenance certification preferredMinimum 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferredExperience troubleshooting electrical systems to component levelStrong background in mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, and production equipmentExperience with pneumatics, hydraulics, boilers, ovens, and refrigeration systemsFood manufacturing or packaging environment experience strongly preferredAbility to read schematics and blueprintsProven ability to diagnose breakdowns quickly and minimize downtimeWelding experience or willingness to learnAbility to safely operate PIT equipment or willingness to certifyInterested in hearing more?
