The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and close projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.Manage project scope, schedules, and resource allocation.Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.Conduct risk management analysis to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates and financial performance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferredProven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with mission critical projects.Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.Familiarity with data center operations and mechanical systems is a plus.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.
