The position requires expertise in nursing principles, theories, and techniques to assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under the direction of licensed physicians./n/nResponsibilities/n/n- Assess and evaluate care needs for assigned patients./n- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to individualize care plans./n- Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care./n- Provide nursing care for patients with complex withdrawal syndromes, hypertensive conditions, and DKA./n- Ensure compliance with administrative and departmental policies and procedures./n/n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n/n- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing./n- 2 years of experience in a relevant clinical specialty and a minimum of 2 years of RN experience./n- Current Registered Nurse License in PA or Multi-State License Compact./n- Basic Life Support certification required; additional certifications may be required per specialty area./n/n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/nAt ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
